As we living technology era where we are always busy with our phones, laptops, and lost in social media world we forget our health. People don’t realize till it’s too late that the most important thing is our health and if we don’t give it time to work than we will regret later on. Walking not only gives you good health but it also helps you in ways you can’t imagine. From personal experience, I was lazy since high school the best thing I used to do was play soccer which was health but after high school I stopped the soccer and got super busy. That when I start replacing walking and it really help me a lot.
